The Busi Jacobsohn estate was established by an Italian / Swedish couple in 2015 in the High Weald of East Sussex. The 'Classic Cuvée' is made using the three classic Champagne grapes sourced from the producer's own vineyard in Eridge, just outside Tunbridge Wells. Savoury nose of yeast opens up to lemon zest, pears and white blossom. In an explosion of bubbles, there are crisp lemon and green apple fruits on the palate with rich brioche and butter on the lingering finish. Light, smooth and precise.
