Lots of sassy red fruit here, piled high with cherries and redcurrants, with some strawberry sherbet and zestiness. It's balanced, with lots of raspberries and cranberries perched on top of dollops of cream. I like the subtle hint of brioche complexity and citrus freshness. Fruit is sourced from a vast area covering Kent, Essex and East Sussex, and the wine is aged on lees in bottle for around 18 months. Disgorged: 2019.
