Wonderful English summer aromas on the nose with rhubarb, strawberries and nose petal. Fresh and clean on the palate with red fruit and just a little tannin. A third each of Ortega, Auxerrois and Pinot Noir grown in Essex and made at Ham Street Wines in Kent. This uses the classic interruption method and the wine is disgorged.
