From the warm ripening season of 2020, this is a delicate, precise Blanc de Blancs that shines with the vibrancy and bright fruit of the Kentish terroir. A touch of savoury, vegetal character on the nose reveals salted lemon and white nectarine. Honeyed chamomile and brioche unfold on a palate of ripe, soft yellow apple fruit, kept focused by a firm acid spine and wrapped in leesy, buttery creaminess, finishing with peppery vibrancy. Whole-bunch pressed, with a small percentage fermented in used oak. The wine spent 4.5 years on lees and was only recently released (February 2026).
