Fermented in stainless steel tanks with a small percent of barrel-aged red wine blended before secondary fermentation, this 2016 sparkling rosé has a complex nose of savoury yeast, ripe strawberry, bruised apple and blossom. A savoury attack on the palate with ripe cherry, strawberries, white pepper spices and lemon peel bitterness. The brioche mousse is refreshed by vibrant lemony acidity. Ripe buttered berry notes follow to the long finish.
