Oily on the palate, with a textured, holistic expression and a spicy bite of ginger and grapefruit pith, alongside lemon tart and buttery richness, lifted by great elegance and a saline backbone. Fermented in barriques (228L) and puncheons (550L), then aged for 10 months in French oak (16% new).
