Crafted from Meunier grown in the south-facing Lower Mill Hill Vineyard. A floral nose of violet, hawthorn and sweet-spiced red cherry. To taste – smoky minerality opens up into rose petal, blackberry leaf, and red and dark cherry, with mineral freshness and a sappy character running through the spiced fruit, alongside touches of minty herbs. Aged for 10 months in French oak (18% new).
