The best wines from the cool 2015 vintage are glorious and this is no exception. Unashamedly oaky, having been fermented and then aged for seven months in barrel, Hattingley’s top wine shows spiced white peach, toasted nut and a hint of struck match on the nose. In the mouth it’s elegant and rounded with a lively mousse and flavours of brioche and lemon curd. Still young and with such class.
