Incredibly charming on the nose; aromatic with dried roses, strawberry and cranberry. Juicy and soft-textured, with more red and dark berries, varietal gaminess and a pinch of herbs. Long on the finish with lingering spicy dark fruits. The Pinot Noir Précoce fruits were fully destemmed before being fermented for 10 days on skins, then aged in neutral French oak barrels for 7 months. Only 700 bottles were made.
