The second vintage of M&S's approachable orange wine, made by fermenting Chardonnay, Pinot Gris and Ortega grapes on their skins in a mix of amphora, used oak and stainless steel. Nice freshness here, with plenty of vermouth-like herbal notes to the nose and palate. Textured, crisp and lively, with notes of Cox's Orange Pippin apple; a great introduction to orange wines if you're new to the style.
