A highly successful limited edition sparkling made of Chardonnay from Ridgeview's Sussex vineyards, this has gorgeous lemon rind and struck match armas, with honey on toast and melted butter, too. It's powerful, succulent and flavoursome on the palate, with flaky pastry, almond and marzipan complexity and a keen lemon core. Reminiscent of fresh lemon juice, it's racy and high energy, but incredibly moreish.
