A blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes from Sussex vineyards by leading English sparkling wine maker, Dermot Sugrue. Plenty of appeal on the nose: brioche, apricot, lemon tart and citrus fruit. The complex palate is fresh and uplifting but with great depth of flavour; honeyed, macadamia nut and broad toasty notes are balanced by plenty of fresh citrus – grapefruit, freshly sliced lemons and lime – with stone fruit hints weaving through. Focused acidity with a super-crisp finish: delicious!
