In 2010, the Bouza family planted 1.5ha of Riesling in its vineyards in Pan de Azúcar, a site strongly influenced by the Atlantic. This wine offers a crystalline version of the variety, with spicy tones, orchard fruit and slightly floral notes. The palate is creamy and juicy, with vibrant acidity. One of the best examples of the grape in South America.
