Napa Valley

Cork

A gorgeously framed wine, with just the right amount of apple-skin tannin grip, likely from whole-cluster fermenting, infusing the mixed berry fruit notes with white pepper, clove and brown baking spices. Soft, supple fruit on the palate creates silken textures, and gentle acidity builds a harmonious drinking experience. Really opens up with air, gaining depth of plum and blue fruit, more spice character and mineral complexity. A blend of Phoenix Vineyard, Cressida Vineyard and Matthiasson Vineyard. Estate-grown, organically farmed, fermented with native yeasts, with 50% whole bunches in the fermentation. Aged in neutral puncheons for 10 months.
