Rosé

Brilliant fuchsia in colour, this Graciano rosé comes from a small organically farmed block at Ibarra Young planted in the late 1990s and worked without till since 2019. Naturally high in acidity, the fruit was partially foot stomped with brief skin contact before gentle pressing, then fermented with native yeasts in neutral French oak and bottled unfined and unfiltered in March 2025. Open and refreshing, it shows saline lift and vivid energy, with a quenching, lightly confectionery note recalling watermelon sweets, offset by fresh herbs and pink peppercorn. Now in its fifth iteration, the wine is playful yet serious, offering more structure and flavour than the average pale Provençal style rosé.
