This 100% Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Beckstoffer Missouri Hopper Vineyard and aged for 18 months in 100% new French oak. It is a blend of old Clone 4 and Clone 337 drawn from several blocks across the vineyard, spanning a range of vine ages. The wine shows the robust, broad, and distinctly textural character so emblematic of this site, shaped by exceptionally fine-grained tannins. Elegant cedarwood notes weave through dark berry fruit and cassis, layered with graphite and spiced plum, alongside hints of scorched earth. Mineral tension builds steadily through the palate, carrying the wine to a powerful, full-bodied finish.
