Barrel-fermented on its lees in a mixture of neutral barriques and demi-muids gives aromas of candlewax, honeydew melon and chamomile. The palate perfectly marries the characteristic richness of serious Chenin, with a taught, lifted acid structure. A new benchmark for California.
