A straightforward mountain-grown Sauvignon Blanc with pronounced seagrass character, unfolding into notes of vanilla, kumquat, tangerine, and orange creamsicle. There’s considerable phenolic grip on the palate, supported by tart, racy acidity and even a touch of apple skin tannin, which amplifies the wine’s tactile structure. Sourced from the Brandlin Estate Vineyard on Mount Veeder and aged for 11 months in French oak, 50% of which was new.
