A dry hay note lingers in the background, pure and vivid, evoking a walk through a hayfield in the heat of summer. Caramel apples and buttered popcorn lend a nostalgic essence to the flavour and aroma profile. For all its richness, it remains electric and focused. A great wine that will take you back in time.
