From the renowned Fiddlestix Vineyard in Sta Rita Hills, this Grüner Veltliner comes from a cool, maritime site. The nose shows grapefruit, stone fruit and classic white pepper notes that give it the true Grüner marker, along with a subtle flinty edge. On the palate, bracing acidity drives a broad, medium-bodied and textured wine, filled with citrus and stone fruit. Zippy yet a bit weighty, this is a beautifully food-friendly Grüner, especially with seafood or lemon-forward dishes like shrimp and preserved lemon tagine.
