Santa Barbara County

Medium

Cork

This Sta Rita Hills Syrah opens with dark fruit notes of black cherry and plum, layered with savoury notes of spiced meat and olive tapenade. The palate is ripe and generous, centred on a dark fruit core with bright acidity and well-integrated tannins. A subtle iron-like note adds savoury complexity and depth. Highly approachable and drinkable now, this Syrah shines at the table, especially with herb-crusted pork tenderloin, lamb or a roasted beet salad.
