The Knights Valley Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced from Lookout Vineyard and comprises 96% Cabernet Sauvignon, 2% Malbec, and 2% Merlot. It is aged for 16 months in 40% new oak, of which 85% is French, and 15% is American. This is a deeply dark-fruited expression of Knights Valley, with notes of kirsch, black cherry, and sagebrush. The full-bodied palate features soaring, firm yet inviting tannins and a mineral-rich intensity that carries through to the long finish—a cellar-worthy wine with excellent ageing potential.
