Adam Lee is one of the winemakers who makes the SLH style shine. This Rosella's comes from a long, gorgeous, cooler vintage that suits the region’s fruit-forward style to a tee. Lovely violet florals, petrichor, and salty mineral freshness. The palate is lithe, concentrated and intense, marked by pops of pomegranate, red plums and is framed by mineral salinity. The Rosella’s blocks that go into the Clarice bottling come from blocks of Pommard and Pisoni clones, made with 67% whole cluster, which winemaker Adam Lee uses to layer nuance and elegance into the region’s fruit-driven Pinot Noir.
