From the Valle di Sotto Vineyard, I farmed organically in the Oak Knoll District. This is a fleshy and ripe Sauvignon Blanc with more tropical notes predominating any savoury or mineral character—aromatics of green mangoes, grilled lemon peel and a kiss of jasmine. The palate is fleshy and ripe with guava, ripe peach, and an underlying streak of wet slate minerality.
