The youngest wine present at the tasting, it spent 22 months in French oak, 30% new. It displays constantly evolving aromas of sandalwood, petrichor and dried sage, with raspberry and grapefruit on the palate and a firm but poised spine. There's a hang-time of sorts on the finish, which takes a few seconds to really kick in with its black cherries and red plums. The steadfastness of the Cobb release schedule is again to be appreciated here. 175 cases produced.
