It spends 22 months in 30% new French oak, stylistically falling somewhere between the elegance of Emmaline Ann and the rusticity of Jack Hill. Aromas of cherry pits and orange rinds lead to flavours of pinecones and moss. It's advisable to open this well ahead of time if drinking it within the first few years of release. 100 cases produced
