From the high elevation, Signal Ridge Vineyard in the Mendocino Ridge AVA. Bing cherry, hibiscus, crushed cocoa nibs and blood orange. Medium-bodied, with plush, silky fruit and satiny, soft tannins that are well integrated. Nice fruit concentration on the mid-palate. Long, brown, spiced and mineral-driven finish. Crafted by father-and-son duo Chris and Josh Phelps.
