The nose has a slight candied sweetness, balanced by a touch of phenolic complexity from the Pinot Gris. With low alcohol, it's easy yet thoughtful, food-friendly, and downright delicious. Yes, it’s 'rosé-adjacent' wine that some will prefer to call a chillable red. So well done.
