Baker’s dough, citrus, pear, and dried apricot notes build with fleshy richness on the palate, framed by grippy acidity and a delicate white floral finish. The wine exhibits good mid-palate weight, and its depth increases with each glass. Grown using organic practices at Fenaughty Vineyard in El Dorado County at an elevation of 2,700 feet, it was fermented and aged in 10-year-old barrels with native yeast. The wine is unfiltered and unfined, with minimal sulphite use. Founded by winemaker Charlie Gilmore in 2018.
