A single-vineyard bottling from the Highlands Ranch site in SLH, it was planted in the mid-2000s. There are ripe pears, peaches, and even a lingering nutmeg spice on the nose. This wine sees plenty of battonage, resulting in an unctuous texture. Ripe, creamy peaches, lemon curd, with a zip of acidity and freshness that buoys this fleshy, ripe palate. It sings through a crisp saline finish. Freshly fruited, with spicy tones of clove and saline with sea salt, a nicely balanced Pinot Noir that leans into the region’s ripe berries, with brilliant saline framing.
