Winemaker Jeff Morgan has crafted a medium-bodied, expressive, finesse-driven Cabernet with grapes from two vineyards—one in Napa Carneros and another from the valley's southern end. Vivid and alluringly aromatic showcasing bright and brambly red berry fruit laced with vanilla and sweet cedar and a whiff of violets and dried wild herbs. Succulent strawberry, cherry, and spiced plum notes are underscored by tobacco leaf and black tea tannins, finishing with dried herbs and mocha. Layered and long.
