Grapes are sourced from throughout their estate. There are 20 Pinot clones and 18 Chardonnay clones, so in some shape or form, many of them make it into the blend. The wine is crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, with a minimum of three years’ ageing on the lees. Dosage: 0.9%. Ultra creamy and frothy with that distinctively airy mousse, and just packed with orchard fruit, lime zest, lemon meringue, and just a hint of French pastry notes. Zesty, bright acidity with wet river stone minerality.
