Ultra creamy and frothy with a distinctively airy mousse, this sparkling wine is packed with orchard fruit, lime zest and lemon meringue, with just a hint of French pastry. Zesty, bright acidity with wet river stone minerality. The grapes are sourced from throughout Domaine Carneros’ estate, planted to 20 Pinot Noir clones and 18 Chardonnay clones; in some shape or form, many of them make it into the blend. Crafted using the méthode traditionnelle, this wine sees a minimum of three years’ ageing on the lees. Dosage: 0.9%.
