A blend of Dijon clones 115 and 943, the 943 layers in a broad-shouldered muscularity tempered by more elegant 115. It's a wine you'll love to nose, with its elegant red berry fruit, tobacco spices, and orange zest. Medium-bodied with Bing cherry fruit, spiced plums, and black tea tannins that are very fine-grained and balanced by a spine of racy acidity and nuanced by sweet clove on the finish.
