This Kobler Family Vineyard Syrah is co-fermented with 6.75% Viognier, naturally fermented with 31% whole-cluster inclusion and aged for 21 months in entirely neutral oak. The wine is strikingly bright and fresh, with lifted, floral-driven aromatics marked by blood orange and grapefruit zest. Medium-bodied and finely detailed, there’s crunchy red fruit that builds with white pepper and integrated cedarwood. It shows a saline mineral character alongside sagebrush notes and fine-grained, powdery tannins. The finish is long, precise and refreshing, underscoring the wine’s clarity, energy and poise.
