20% whole cluster, 40% new oak. Tangy forest berry fruits, pushed up and forward. The oak regime is robust but suits the opulent style. Very long finish to what is a very intense wine. Vanilla bean and espresso on the finish, with intense berry fruit coulis. Somehow retains a sense of freshness and drinkability. Very fine tannins, balanced acidity, slightly raised alcohol.
