Tyler and Rachel Eck's winery is an exciting find, named after a early 1900s bohemian community that lived in local sand dunes. Fruit from Brian Talley's vineyard in Edna Valley has delivered a beautiful Chablis-esque wine: bright acidity, a moreish green apple and citrus bite and a pervading saline streak.
