These differences have a distinction: the Joyce is mineral driven and lean, the Cleary site offers roundness and fleshy character from Cleary without high alcohol, and there is a sunkissed nature to the 22s given a heat spike near harvest 15 months elevage in 33% new oak and a sandstone amphora with half the porosity of oak.
