In the following suit, he chose to work with the warmest part of the vineyard source for this 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. Young and youthful with explosive blackberry fruit and toasty oak spices. Full-bodied with the black-fruited richness of the vintage and firm backbone of fresh acidity. Extremely refined and precise tannins create a luxurious mouthfeel. The long finish resolves with a burst of wild herbs and dark chocolate. It's such a pleasing and energetic wine.
