An oxidative pressing approach tames overripe fruit notes, allowing tart aromas of starfruit and green mango to emerge, along with delicate floral notes. The addition of Semillon to the blend (14%) from the silica-rich volcanic ash soils of Tres Palmas brings textural roundness and a savoury edge. The medium-bodied palate is softly textured, with flavours of nectarine, salty citrus, and crushed rock, finishing clean.
