Sonoma County

Cork

White

A light, bright, tart and zesty Sauvignon Blanc with good richness from the oak integration, but not too much richness, and framed by orchard and stone fruits, crunchy sea salt notes, and soaring acidity that creates a kind of chalky mineral finish, but wow is it bright and focused, if not a bit spicy. Quite the show. Sourced from Nuns Canyon Vineyard and Tres Palmas Vineyard. Fermented in 65% new French and eastern European oak casks, 25% concrete tanks and 10% neutral French oak, then aged eight months in a mix of stainless steel tanks, concrete and oak.
