The 2017 Holus Bolus Syrah is sourced from Presquile Vineyard, a shining example of a site where Burgundian varietals can successfully be grown next to those of the Rhône in Santa Barbara County. 

It displays a rustic and roasted bouquet of liquorice, cardamom and espresso. The palate is soft and pretty, with notes of acai berry, graphite and sage. There's a powdery texture to the already-integrated tannins, and a refined char to the finish.
