This gorgeous bottle of the unique northern Italian variety, Timorasso, is loaded with complexity, nuance, and freshness—aromas of fresh linen on the line, sea spray, and the elegance of dried white wildflowers. The palate shows a note of roasted almonds, lemon oil, and verbena. A beautiful crushed seashell minerality lends this wine a beautiful salinity. Four years on, its freshness is surprising and undoubtedly very pretty.
