Super-expressive dark berry scents mixed with cedarwood, toasted fennel, and crushed cocoa nibs. Medium to full-bodied with silken cherry, cranberry fruit, and tart, crunchy red apple acidity. Consumers will revel in the excellent mid-palate depth, which builds with flinty minerals, warm earthen hummus, and toasted cardamom on the long finish. 5 barrels produced.
