<p>Sourced since 2002 from a separate block near the Durell Vineyard in western Carneros, this wine comes from vines on heavy, river run cobble soil. It has more green flavors than golden ones and a richer, thicker texture than the McCrea or Durell. Think heady mint and citrus aromas plus earth and hazelnut flavors, and a sappy, silky finish.</p>
