Just about perfectly balanced between acid and fruit, which is abundant. The Hudson is a full-bodied white that nearly overwhelms (in a good way) with stone fruits and honeysuckle. It also has some electric acidity and a saline quality that makes it a very complete wine. It's perfect to drink now, but I can't wait to see its evolution and try it in a few years.
