The aromas are surprisingly layered with just the right mix of fruit, salinity, and herbal brightness to keep you reaching for another sip. Sourced from 58-year-old, own-rooted, dry-farmed vines at the historic Bohan Vineyard on the West Sonoma Coast, this wine brings together sun-warmed strawberries, mint, and citrus peel, all wrapped in a textured palate – thanks to the 50% whole cluster fermentation. A subtle thyme-like savoriness and a mineral edge linger on the long, refreshing finish. Only 150 cases were made.
