A Syrah-dominant GSM blend, this wine is L’Aventure’s homage to the Southern Rhône, through the lens of Paso Robles. Deep purple in the glass, it offers an intoxicating nose of blackberry and black plum, plus spice notes of anise and clove. The palate mirrors the aromatics, layering dark fruit with dried violets and cracked pepper. Grippy yet well-integrated tannins provide structure and balance, while a deep blueberry note lingers on the finish. Sophisticated, complex and well-composed, this is an elevated expression of everything a GSM blend can be.
