Ultra-fine and suave, the fruit expression is perfectly pure and gently sweet, with hints of cola. Classic Napa garrigue – thyme, sage and rosemary – adds further dimension with a subtle kiss of spearmint. Lovely, long and energetic, with good density and a sense of lightness balanced in the weighty finish.
