Natural Cork

A 100% Cabernet Sauvignon from the Oak Knoll District of Napa Valley, raised on silty, loamy soils. Pretty aromas of dark black fruits, graphite, dried sage, and cedar. Medium to full-bodied on the palate with layers of plums, blackberries, and nuances of chocolate, leather and tobacco. The tannins are fine-grained with good grip and will resolve nicely over the next 4-6 years.
